Accepted methods
We accept M-Pesa (STK Push), major cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery where approved, and pay on pickup. Business orders can be settled via payment link after quotation approval.
Security
All payment flows run through secure, verified channels. Payment callbacks are verified server-side before any order is confirmed, and we never store card numbers.
Payment states
You'll see clear status updates: initiated, awaiting confirmation, successful, failed or cancelled — with the option to retry a failed payment without re-entering your order.
