Coverage

Every product carries a stated manufacturer or KIXXED warranty, shown on the product page and your receipt. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

Making a claim

Submit a warranty claim with your order number, product serial number and a description of the problem, with photos or video where helpful. Our team will confirm the resolution path.

Exclusions

Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs and misuse are not covered. Refurbished items carry the specific warranty period stated on their product page.
