Returns
Eligible items may be returned within the stated return window in their original condition and packaging. Open Box and Refurbished items follow the condition-specific terms shown on their product pages.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. M-Pesa refunds are sent to the paying number. Processing times vary by payment provider.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty on arrival or develops a fault under warranty, contact our support centre with your order number and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund according to the warranty terms.
